These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website avikainterior.in and the interior design services provided by Avika Interior, located at R-4, 4th Floor, Chandi Vyapar Bhawan, Exhibition Road, Patna – 800001, Bihar, India.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Avika Interior provides professional interior design and related services including, but not limited to: full home interiors, modular kitchen design, wardrobe design, false ceiling, living and bedroom design, office and commercial interiors, and renovation services.

All service details, scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a written contract/quotation signed by both parties before work commences. No verbal agreement shall be binding.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are inclusive of design fees and execution unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Material costs are subject to market fluctuations. Any significant change will be communicated before procurement.
• The Cost Estimator tool on our website provides indicative ranges only and is not a formal quote. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material selection, and project scope.
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged at the prevailing rate and are in addition to quoted prices unless stated as inclusive.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance: A minimum advance payment (as specified in the project agreement) is required before design work commences.
• Milestone Payments: Payments are typically structured in milestones aligned to project stages (design approval, material procurement, execution, handover). These are defined in the project contract.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and handover.
• Delay in payments may result in suspension of work. Avika Interior is not responsible for project delays caused by delayed payments.
• All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.

4. Project Timeline

• Indicative timelines are provided at the start of the project. Actual timelines depend on the scope, client approvals, material availability, and site readiness.
• Avika Interior will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
• Delays caused by the client (late approvals, delayed payments, restricted site access) will not be the responsibility of Avika Interior and may result in revised timelines and/or additional costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, requirements, and budget.
• Grant necessary site access to our team at agreed times.
• Review and approve designs, materials, and changes in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the site is ready for work to commence on the agreed date (e.g., civil work completed, keys available).
• Not engage other contractors for the same scope of work without prior written consent.

6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and creative work produced by Avika Interior remain the intellectual property of Avika Interior until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the designs for the specified project only.
• Avika Interior retains the right to use project photographs and designs in its portfolio, website, and social media (without disclosing client personal details).
• The client must not reproduce, resell, or share our design materials with third parties without written consent.

7. Warranty

• This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.
• Modular furniture, fittings, and appliances carry the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty claims must be raised in writing within the warranty period.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Avika Interior reserves the right to cancel a project if payment obligations are not met, with no liability for losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Avika Interior’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Website Disclaimer

• The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information.
• Portfolio images and project descriptions are representative. Actual results may vary based on individual project requirements.
• External links (social media, WhatsApp, Google Maps) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
